We will dispatch your cards on the same day of receipt of a paid order so that you get them next day.
All cards for UK delivery will be dispatched in premium packaging and sent insured via Royal Mail. If a card ordered is out of stock we post the entire order when it is in. If we cannot get it within 7 days then we will let you know. We will always try to make it clear on the site if a card is out of stock but sometimes sales do get ahead of us and we will swap for a similar card within the range. Please note the cards which we have in stock are generally those on the home page - not those you can search the site for.
All cards will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order.
International orders are dispatched Airmail.
Outside of the UK, you should get you cards within the week (subject to customs).

All card payments are processed by TRANSAX on their secure server so your payment details are safe.
We will send you a confirmation of your order by email immediately. Please note that by buying from us, you agree that we only sell cards off the range page on our home page and we may have to substitute cards ordered that are not from current ranges.
We will email you from time to time to let you know about our new ranges or current offers but you can opt out at any time either by letting us know, or clicking on the 'unsubscribe' button on the email. We never sell, or pass on your details to anyone else.

You may be able to cancel your order (the "cooling off period") before we dispatch it so do let us know if you have changed your mind (we won't be upset!) although we generally process orders straight away (or max. 24 hours within receipt of your order).
However, we do want you to be completely happy, so in the very unlikely event that you are not, please return your cards to us in the original condition as your own expense within 14 days of receipt. We will refund via the method you paid within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
